FAQsQ: How do I get a copy of your catalog?
A: Our catalog is available in pdf format or you can fill out our online form to request a printed copy.
Q: Is there a minimum order size or quantity?
A: We are happy to say that Integra Chemical has no minimum order requirements.
Q: What are your payment terms?
A: We gladly accept VISA, MasterCard, and American Express. Terms of Net 30 days are available upon approval of credit. Past due accounts are subject to interest charges.
Q: How do I open an account with your company?
A: Simply complete and return our credit application. You can fax the completed form to us at 253.479.7079.
Q: Can I place my order through your website?
A: No, not yet. At this time the best way for you to place your order is by giving us a call at 253.479.7000 or toll free at 800.322.6646. We also accept faxed and e-mailed orders from customers with established accounts. Confirmations are returned for orders received via fax or email.
Q: What are your general delivery times?
A: Orders for stock items are shipped the same day when possible. Delivery times and schedules are dependent upon the shipping company transporting the goods. For orders shipped to the greater Seattle area, delivery is usually made by the next day.
Q: Is it possible to have overnight or next day deliveries?
A: Yes, for non-hazardous materials. Due to shipping regulations, not all of our hazardous materials are shippable via air.
Q: Can I pick up my order?
A: Yes, we will gladly set your order aside for will call at our Kent, Washington facility. However, we are not a retail outlet and can not address walk-in sales. Please call us with your order and we will let you know when it will be available for pick up.
Q: Do you ship outside the United States?
A: Unfortunately, no. At this time, Integra Chemical is not an exporter and can not ship outside the United States.
Q: My purchases are tax exempt. What do you need from me?
A: For customers within Washington State, please send us a copy of your Washington State Reseller's Permit. Sales tax is not charged on shipments going outside of Washington State. For other scenarios, please contact our accounting department at 253.479.7000 or 800.322.6646.
Q: I need a certificate of analysis. Are they available on your website?
A: Unfortunately, no, our certificates of analysis are not available online. Please call us at 253.479.7000 with the product number and the lot number and we will gladly send you a copy of the CofA. You may also fax or e-mail your request with the product number and lot number to receive a copy of the CofA.
Q: I need a copy of your W9. How do I get one?
